The reverse of the wrapper says "Warren Farm Notes" but there are other items in the folder including one regarding conveyance of land in Delaware County, New York. One is a list of labor from Palmer Farm in Warren, Connecticut. Another, dated 1817 Mar 28 refers to "a Deed of E. Boardman's Farm in Warren."
