Known historically as the John Collins house, built in 1782. Later owners included Luke Lewis, Mary Phelps, Dr. Charles Turkington; Nan Heminway; and Jeffrey Tillou. Photographs date from the late 1800s to 1967. Other buildings in the photographs are at East Street #9 and North Street #10.
