Abstract This photograph (1954-33-0) of William Scott Plumb was taken about 1904. For about 28 years, Mr. Plumb was employed as Railway Mail Clerk on the Shepaug Railroad. He left that job about 1916 and became teller at the First National Bank until his death in 1928.
