The minute book for Litchfield 14th school district (1982-25-0) contains meeting minutes from Oct. 16, 1828 to Sept. 1879 with election of officers, accounts, laying school tax, hiring teachers, determination of school sessions, building a new school in 1866, and other business. The school was known as South Plains School. Currently housed in 3A Box 30.

The books outline the routine of their meetings, planning of events, and giving and receiving of funds.
