Agreement between John D. Weed of Litchfield and Herman Munger, Luman Munger, & Hollingsworth Hine, all of Litchfield, in which Weed agrees to pay Hine & Mungers for the building of a stone wall, with enumeration of rights and obligations of the parties, including use of oxen, water gates across the Branch, use of bars and tools.
