One letter to Joshua Huntington conveying orders from General Washington to provide vessels sufficient to transport five regiments; reports that two additional regiments are suffering from small pox and not yet able to march; will forward four hundred barrels of powder by the last regiment which Washington wishes to be deposited in some safe place in Norwich.
