Scope and Contents
A 46 page notebook of signatures cut from documents and pasted into it by Harriet Kilbourn, wife of Dr. Charles Kilbourn, who lived at #94 North Street in Litchfield. Mostly undated, one has a date of 1813. Many recognizable names from Litchfield including Thomas Collier, Myron Osborn, Oliver Wolcott, James Morris, Sally Pierce, Tapping Reeve, and Uriah Tracy. Other signatures are from government officials such as William Clark, Treasurer of the United States. In addition there is a typed index. First accessioned in 1917 as #2003, K121 and re-accessioned as 2010-77-0.

Custodial History
The donor found the scrapbook in her house at #94 North Street, Litchfield. The house had previously been owned by Dr. Charles Kilbourn and his wife Harriet Wadsworth Kilbourn.
